Georgian Revival [JAWR-juhn ri-VAHY-vuhl] n. a style of architecture that is the result of a free interpretation of the 18th century American Georgian house, with a relatively plain, unbroken symmetrical facade with geometric proportions;

typically large, numerous, multi-paned windows, usually, rectangular
double-hung sashes having heavy frames with thin muntins;

with  a somewhat elaborate front entrance, usually having a six-paneled single door,
with prominent decorative elements around the main doorway, for example, a transom light a row of small panes of glass above the door and on each side of the door; or in Late Georgian style, a semicircular or elliptical fanlight over the door.
