Yesterday it was all bright and shiny, today it's all about darkness and night.

As the days get shorter - sunlight wise - and the nights are longer, picture taking
will happen, more often than not, in the dark with man-made illumination as your only light source.

I like snapping pics without a flash at night because of the
surprisingly, ethereal quality
you can get in a photo. Plus a little giggle of the camera can produce some interesting results as well.

Of course you couldn't ask for a better subject than Notre Dame when creating a rather
ephemeral image.
